A number that looks wrong

If a payment, an interest total, or a sentence in a guide does not match the calculator, name the page and the inputs you used: loan amount, rate, term, extra payment, and frequency. A note that quotes both numbers is the most useful correction. Mail it to contact@loanpayoffchart.com.

Privacy requests

Requests about the privacy policy go to the same address. The calculator does not receive your loan inputs, so we usually have no schedule to provide or delete. Advertising cookies are Google’s; the privacy policy links to Google’s own ad settings.

Bugs

If the chart stays blank or a field will not update, say the browser, the device, and the values in the form. Send that to contact@loanpayoffchart.com.

The site operator reads mail sent to contact@loanpayoffchart.com and replies when they can. This page does not promise a turnaround time.

What this address is not

It cannot quote a rate, approve a loan, or issue a payoff letter. Those come from the lender or servicer on your note. Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or a full loan statement to this address. The calculator never needed them, and this inbox is not a place to store them.
